Mr. Theilen has over 13 years of experience in general contracting and construction management. Prior to founding IWC Texas, Mr. Theilen was President of a General Contracting company where he oversaw all aspects of the company including client acquisition, project management and team supervision. His experience interpreting civil engineer, architectural, structural and MEP plans make him a strong contributor through the planning and budgeting phase and his experience in permitting, building, and fire codes make him an equally strong contributor through all phases of construction. Mr. Theilen has OSHA 10 Hour and OSHA 30 Hour Certifications for Construction Safety and Health, First Aid, Adult/Child CPR and Adult/Child AED through the American Heart Association.
Mr. Theilen lives in Plano with his wife and their four children.
Mr. Schaeffer has over 16 years of experience in the community and development space. He is a strong contributor across all stages of the development and construction cycle including land acquisition, planning, financing, zoning and entitlement. He has a keen understanding of how to structure effective working relationships between private developers and local governments to best complement their respective strengths and propel projects from inception to completion. Prior to founding IWC Texas, Mr. Schaeffer was a Principal with a development company with a focus on building senior living facilities.
Mr. Schaeffer lives in Allen with his wife and their three children.
Mr. Samples has over 13 years experience in the marketing and construction management space. Prior to founding IWC Texas, Mr. Samples was an oil and gas consultant for various engineering firms across the country. His experience in survey, underground utility construction, permitting, regulatory compliance, and land acquisition helps provide a unique attention to detail throughout each phase of a ground-up project.
Mr. Samples lives in McKinney with his wife and three children.
